Schedule Consultation

Estimate and Proposal
After the consultation, we will prepare an estimate and submit a detailed proposal.
Proposal Review Meeting
We will schedule a meeting to review the proposal together. This is where we can make any edits or adjustments.
Contract Signing
We will meet to sign the contract and collect the deposit check.
Permits and Documentation
We will begin applying for all neccessary permits and documentation.
Project Start
Once the permits are approved, we will schedule and begin your project.
We are not a cost-plus contractor. We operate on a fixed-price basis with allowances. The items listed below will have specified allowances:
